| On October 16, 2018, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a reception hosted by the Governor-General at Admiralty House in Sydney. The reception was attended by Australians from a broad range of sectors including charity, community, business, industry, arts, culture, sport and entertainment. The first day of Royal visit Australia concluded with an afternoon reception. (The Duchess wore a green maxi dress by US designer Brandon Maxwell.
