The Ex-File: The Return of the Exes, the finale of the hit romance franchise, produced by Huayi Brothers and New Saint Film Studio, will open across mainland cinemas on Dec 29.
The final movie of the franchise sees the return of pop idol Han Geng, who starred in the first film, but was absent from the second title.
Also starring in the film are Zheng Kai, Yu Wenwen, Zeng Mengxue as well as Luo Mi.
The movie's bittersweet story revolves around two young businessmen who break up with their girlfriends.
The movie, shot in China and Indonesia, features picturesque scenes with diving dolphins in waters near Manado, Indonesia.
