Back to reality meant I was woken with the alarm going off at just before half five this morning for my early morning run as unfortunately it's time to get back to routine & shed those extra holiday pounds before I make a start on the backlog of work & emails.  Being a bit OCD I must admit to loving that feeling when you're back on top of everything & the 'to do' list isn't as long as your arm - so it's a heads down kind of day for me.
