SALT WATER CAFÉ AT CHURCHGATE HOSTED THE KOCHI BIENNALE FOUNDATION FOR THE LAUNCH OF WHORLED EXPLORATIONS CATALOGUE27th October 2016, Mumbai: Mr. Riyaaz Amlani’s Salt Water Café at Churchgate hosted a pleasant evening for the Kochi Biennale Foundation as they celebrated the launch of the Whorled Explorations Catalogue of Kochi-Muziris Biennale with the who’s who of the art and culture industry in Mumbai. The Kochi Biennale Foundation (KBF) is a non-profit charitable trust engaged in promoting art & culture and educational activities in India; primary amongst them is the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.Actress Shreya Saran, Alex Kuruvilla , Alan Abraham, Bandana Tewari, v. Sunil,Bose Krishnamachari, Gaurav Bhatia with his wife, Jitesh Kalat, Poonam Bhagat, Shireen Gandhi and Shobita Kadan- Director - Marketing & Strategy, Impresario was seen having a good time at the event.
The food highlights for the night included sumptuous European fare like the Pan Tossed Cous Cous with Spiced Vegetable Stew, Goat Shanks with Sprouted Pulse Ragu, Smoked Tenderloin, Herb Crusted Fish with Lime Butter, Baked Vegetable Lasagna, Assorted Tomato Tart and Mushroom & Sage Puff to name a few. Guests were seen having a good time while sipping on some bubbly.
Salt Water Cafe, Churchgate set everyone in the mood with a very interesting menu and interiors like no other.
