


(CRI) Beijing TV station has recently aired a spy-themed TV series "Wu Ming Zhe" ("无名者")at prime time on its film and television channel.
The 38-episode Wu Ming Zhe, or the Unkown in Chinese has gathered five famous veteran actors from Beijing People's Art Theatre, including Wu Gang, Feng Yuanzheng, Gao Dongping, Wang Gang and Ding Zhicheng.
It tells a story on a surgeon Qian Zhifeng who wants to join the Communist Party of China but falls in love with a Kuomintang spy Han Caiyi.
Deeply touched by Qian's unselfish spirit of sacrifice and staunch affection, Han finally joined her lover to combat Japanese aggression together.
In addition, in order to reflect the feature of that war-torn era, over 50 Qipao or cheongsam have been specially designed for this spy-themed TV series.
